About these terms

This website is published by Hunan Heyun Gas Co., Ltd. ("Heyun Gas", "we", "us"). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is information, not an offer

Product descriptions, specifications, cylinder sizes, purity grades and classification data on this site are published for general guidance. They are not a binding offer to sell, and they are not a substitute for a quotation. Only a written quotation, order confirmation or contract signed by us creates an obligation, and where such a document differs from this site, that document prevails.

Some figures are shown as confirmed per enquiry. That is deliberate: we quote those against your application rather than publish a single value that may not fit your use.

Dangerous goods and your own compliance

The gases described here are classified dangerous goods. Hazard classification reports we hold relate to transport classification only. They are not a licence to produce, sell, import, possess or use the product in any particular country.

Nitrous oxide in particular is restricted or controlled in a number of jurisdictions, and permitted uses differ. If you buy from us you are responsible for holding every licence, permit and registration your own jurisdiction requires, for the lawful end use of the product, and for complying with applicable import, export control and precursor regulations. We supply only where that is in order, and we may decline or stop supply where it is not.

Safety information

Nothing on this site is a safety data sheet or a substitute for one. Before handling any product, obtain and read the current safety data sheet from us and follow it, together with the requirements that apply at your site.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission, or that it is up to date at any given moment. Certificates and classifications carry validity periods and are renewed on their own cycle; ask us for the current revision rather than relying on a page you have bookmarked.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Heyun Gas or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them commercially, or use our name or marks, without our written consent.

Availability and liability
